Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR (hereafter Regulation), Italdevice S.r.l. hereby informs you that the utmost attention is paid to protect the privacy and confidentialty of site visitors.

Nevertheless, we inform you that information on the user’s connection may be automatically acquired, in specific parts of the site, in order to provide the best performance in viewing the site. This information pertains mainly to the type of browser used, the type of operating system, and the name of the user's provider. Information and statistics are also provided, exclusively in aggregate form and not individually identifiable, on the number of visitors.

The information draws on the Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the Directive 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when visiting web pages, regardless of the purpose of the visit.

Therefore, we inform you that information on the user’s connection may be automatically acquired, in specific parts of the site, in order to provide the best performance in viewing the site. Furthermore, the exclusive use of technical cookies is confirmed for the sole purpose of "transmitting a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of a service of the information society explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide this service ".

Technical cookies are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the data controller or manager of the website. These can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and the manner of their site visit; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered. Any personal data and e-mail addresses are recorded only and exclusively if knowingly provided by the user; the provision of such data - which is needed to respond to requests and queries from users - is optional, however failure to provide these data will render it impossible to carry out activities pertaining to the applicant. It should however be pointed out that the optional and voluntary sending of e-mail by using the form on this site implies, by its very nature, the simultaneous acquisition of the sender's e-mail address (necessary to respond to requests), as well as any other data included in the message. Therefore, users are invited not to include names or personal data belonging to third parties in the e-mails sent. Data relating to e-mails will be stored only for the time necessary to manage communications with site users.

The duration of the processing is determined as follows: the personal data of the interested party will be stored for the periods indicated in accordance with art. 11 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and of art. 13, paragraph 2 of the GDPR 2016/679 and for the obligations established by law. In particular, for as long as it is deemed necessary for the provision of services and services requested by the user, and the data will be subsequently deleted.

•Transfer of personal data to non-European Union countries.

We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

•Exercise of rights by the interested party.

Pursuant to articles 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Regulation, we hereby inform you about the obligations of the Data Controller in your regard.

•You can ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, or ask that these data be corrected or cancelled, the integration of the data, or that your data processing be limited; furthermore, you can oppose the processing thereof;

•You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Authority) if you believe that your data have been processed illegitimately, which you can reach at the website www.garanteprivacy.it;

•The Data Controller guarantees that any corrections or cancellations or limitations of the processing carried out at the request of the interested party unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort - will be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Data Controller informs the party concerned of these recipients if the interested party requests it;

•At any time, you may also revoke the consent given for the aforementioned purposes, both main and secondary;

•The exercise of the rights is not subject to any form constraint and will be provided to you within the time provided for by the law in written form (except for your specific request to receive a verbal reply);
